Happy Days! As mentioned yesterday, I will be an exhibitor at the Swiss Yarn Festival 2020 in Glattfelded, CH. It runs on the the 29. February and the 1. March 2020 in the old Spinnerei that is now a hotel/conference center. I went last year as a visitor, and just fell in love with the location and the festival. This year looks to be even bigger and better than last!
To get everyone excited and ready, this year there is a Knit Along for the gorgeous A Walk in the Dawn Cardigan by the very talented Arista Krebs (AKA Sidispinnt) – who is a local of Bern. The cardigan itself has a lovely mosaic hem, which is a super-easy introduction to colorwork, if you haven’t tried it yet.
All purchases of Sweater Kits from any of the exhibitors for the SYF will also receive the pattern for free!
So on that note:
I have some sweater sets! To celebrate, I will be offering 15% off of all yarn purchases in my store until the end of November. Just click on the link HERE or use code SYF2020KAL at checkout.
The MC Variations are Blue, Pink or Purple with the Contrasting Colors of either Black or White. If there is something else you desire, just send me a message and I can work with you to arrange a different combination.
See Ravelry Web page for more info regarding the sweater! I will email you a coupon code for the free download upon receipt of order.
PLEASE NOTE: Hassun is a heavy DK weight yarn, not worsted. Therefore the gauge will differ than that stated in the pattern.
In order to adjust the pattern to this yarn, you will need slightly *more* yarn than stated above for the size desired. If knitting at a tighter gauge than the pattern recommends, knit one sweater size up than desired finished piece.
